Pampore, Nov 22: In the ongoing process of conducting Elections of DFA’s/Zones of J&K UT, the election of Football Association DFA Pampore (Awantipora) was held at Hotel Parsa Pampore.
Gowhar Bhat was elected as president, Zahid Shafi was elected as General Secretary while as Sajid Nazir Treasurer.
The election was supervised by Wasim Aslam Chairman JKFA (Chairman Elections) Prof. B.A Shah General Secretary JKFA, Mohamad Lateef Bhat, Aslam Pervaiz Dar (On Video Conference) Rafiq Ahmad Makdoomi, Mohamad Amin. Dr. Towseef, Amjid Rizvi neutral Observers.
President Gowhar Bhat told the media that they will collectively try to restore the glory of football in the entire Pampore (Awantipora).
