Srinagar, Feb 27: A day after terrorists shot dead  a Kashmiri Pandit in Pulwama, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday said those involved in the killing would be taken care off by the security forces.
Talking to the media on the sidelines of the inauguration event at SKICC, LG condemned the killing of the civilian in Pulwama and termed it as unfortunate.
LG Sinha said such incidents definitely cause insecurity among the people. This is a very unfortunate incident and security forces will take care of those who are involved in this incident, he said.
“We are working with a 360-degree approach to improve the security situation. Our security forces will deal with those behind the killing,” LG said.
He also said the situation is much better than the past and it would be made more sustainable.
Pertinent to mention here, on Sunday, a Kashmir Pandit was shot dead after terrorists fired upon him in Achan village of Pulwama district in south Kashmir. The victim was immediately rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased was identified as Sanjay Sharmas/o Kashinath Sharma R/O Litter Achan Pulwama. He was working as a security guard in a Jammu and Kashmir bank.
