RPFC Rizwan appreciates PDD’s immediate responseFrom last three days the transformer installed at RO Jammu was creating persistent fluctuations and spark.
The Regional P. F. Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin immediately took up the matter with the Executive Engineer Elect. Div-II, JPDCL, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and same was successfully replaced in a matter of two hours. Shri Ashok Chibber, Executive Engineer, JK PPD took personal interest in this matter considering EPFO as high stake agency of Government, where seamless working becomes imminent.
Considering the flexi-hour working in EPFO, uninterrupted power supply is an essential requirement. Fluctuation in voltage could have created many issues, which was timely prevented by team PDD, Jammu.
RPFC-I appreciated the immediate response by JKPDD and paid heartfelt thanks to the Executive Engineer.
