Elon Musk is the world famous name. He is among top influential persons of the world. Elon Reeve Musk (/ˈiːlɒn/ EE-lon; born June 28, 1971) is a business magnate and investor. He is the founder, CEO and chief engineer of SpaceX; angel investor, CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc.; owner, CTO and chairman of Twitter; founder of the Boring Company and X Corp.; co-founder of Neuralink and OpenAI; and president of the philanthropic Musk Foundation. Musk is the wealthiest person in the world according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index and Forbes’s Real Time Billionaires list as of June 2023, primarily from his ownership stakes in Tesla and SpaceX, with an estimated net worth of around $225 billion according to Bloomberg and $235 billion according to Forbes.
Elon Musk has highly praised the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi thus making it aptly clear that PM Modi is now the global leader and icon. During meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Elon Musk stated:” I am a fan of Modi”. Pertinent to mention here,
Tesla CEO and Twitter owner Elon Musk met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New York on Tuesday. The PM is in the US on a three-day state visit where he is also meeting nearly two dozen “thought leaders”. Elon Musk made further key observations: ” I am incredibly excited about the future of India. I think India has more promise than any large country in the world.” Stated Elon Musk.
Elon Musk made it clear that PM Modi really cares about India because he is pushing us to make significant investment in India, which is something that we tend to do. We just have to figure out the right timing.
On the other hand, Elon Musk also opined : “was a fantastic meeting with the Prime Minister and I like him quite a lot. He visited our factory a few years ago. So, we have known each other for a while.He really wants to do the right thing for India. He wants to be open, he wants to be supportive to the companies. And obviously, at the same time, make sure that it accrues to India’s advantage. “
Elon Musk while praising and applauding the leadership of PM Modi, observed his plans for India. “India is great for solar energy investment… We are also hoping to bring Starlink internet to India. I am tentatively planning to visit India again, next year. I am confident Tesla will be in India and will do so as soon as humanly possible.”
It is pertinent to mention that during a recent meeting between Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the establishment of a Tesla factory in India took center stage. However, Musk also expressed his keenness to introduce SpaceX’s Starlink service to the shores of India, which has been pending for some time. Referring to himself as a “fan” of the Prime Minister, Musk shared his intentions to bring Starlink to India in the near future during his media interaction after the meeting.
Starlink, a global satellite network owned by Musk’s SpaceX, is designed to provide high-speed internet access to remotest areas. It is a constellation of over 1000 of satellites that orbit the Earth at 550km from the surface which is like 60 times closer to the Earth than the traditional satellites. This helps Starlink offer faster signals as the latency (time data takes in going from one point to the next) is low resulting in faster connections, good video quality during online gaming and video calls.
Also in another major boost, Twitter owner Elon Musk said if the social media giant avoided getting shut down, it had to comply with local regulations imposed by governments since they did not have any choice. He reacted to former boss Jack Dorsey’s claim that he was pressured by the Indian government to block accounts covering the farmers’ protests.
