BGSBU UG admissions via CUET from this year

Rajouri, March 10: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri will be admitting students to various undergraduate programmes from the current 2023 session on the basis of score/merit obtained in an entrance test (CUET) to be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
This will be in line with the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines and implementation of National Education Policy-2020, the university said in a statement, adding that the students desirous of seeking admission are advised to register themselves with National Testing Agency (NTA).
Among the UG courses at the university include B.Tech & Lateral Entry to B.Tech, (Civil, CSE, ECE, ITE, EE), B.VOC (Tourism and Travel Management), BBA, Integrated MCA and B.A. Arabic. (Hons), the statement said. The instructions regarding regulations/procedures are available on NTA website https://nta.ac.in/.
“Admission to unfilled seats, if any, shall be made through the routine admission process of the University. Details pertaining to Undergraduate courses /eligibility to be offered by BGSB University are available on the website of BGSBU www.bgsbu.ac.in.,” the university said.
For any further information/clarification, BGSBU has advised the desirous candidates to visit www.bgsbu.ac.in or contact 7006321557. A notification regarding admission to PG Programmes shall be issued shortly, the university said.
