Srinagar, Feb 12: Jammu and Kashmir Finance & Accounts Society (JAKFAS) and J&K Accounts Employees Association (JKAEA) Monday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of S. Kubir Singh, AAO Department of Disaster Management, Relief Rehabilitation & Reconstruction (DMRRR).
A condolence meeting was held at Civil Secretariat Jammu/Srinagar which was also attended by members of J&K Accounts Services & Secretariat Service. The meeting participants remembered S. Kubir Singh as an honest and upright officer who worked diligently all along his life.
The meeting also prayed for strength to the bereaved family.
It was also reiterated that JAKFAS/JKAEA will extend every possible to the bereaved family and requested the concerned authorities for early settlement of dues of the deceased.
The officers who participated in the condolence meet included DG Budget, DGAT, DG Audit & Inspection/Resource, President JAKFAS/JKAEA, former president Secretariat Union and other officers and officials of various services of J&K Civil Secretariat.
