Poonch, Oct 12: On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Vikas Kundal, along with Senior Superintendent of Police, Mumtaz Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tahir Mustafa Malik and other officers participated in a vibrant celebration held at the Sports Stadium Poonch.
The event commenced with a traditional pooja conducted by the officers, honoring the cultural significance of the festival. Following the rituals, the symbolic effigy of Ravan was ignited, signifying the triumph of good over evil.
