DDC Pulwama finalises District Capex Plan 2025–26

Pulwama, July 08: District Development Council (DDC) Pulwama today convened a comprehensive meeting here to finalize the District Capex Plan for the financial year 2025–26.As per a statement issued here, CPO Pulwama presented a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation, detailing the sector-wise allocation of funds earmarked for various developmental works under the District Capex Plan.During the meeting, DDC members actively highlighted key developmental concerns from their respective constituencies and put forth valuable suggestions aimed at improving the performance and delivery of various departments. A threadbare discussion was held on the Area Development Plan, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), and prioritization of critical infrastructure and welfare works.After extensive deliberations, the DDC Council unanimously approved the Area Development Plan under the District Capex Budget 2025–26.
