Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology Department, Prerna Puri, today attended a mega public outreach programme besides participating in multitude of activities as part of ongoing “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” in Sunderbani block.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Om Prakash Bhagat besides other senior officers were present on the occasion.
Commissioner Secretary, while addressing on the occasion, emphasized the significance of this initiative in empowering the common masses through dissemination of information on government schemes, fostering awareness and establishing direct interaction with the beneficiaries. “Ensuring that everyone is brought under the ambit of welfare and development programmes of the government is one of the prime objectives of this people friendly initiative and we all need to work collectively towards achieving this goal”, she maintained.
