Today the chairman of Kashmir Society international Khwajah Farooq Renzushah who has also been elected chairman of spiritual body of Tahreek e Dawat Tasawuf comprising of 1100 specified and unspecified Shrines demanded immediate abolition of Specified Waqaf Act 2004 in j&k .
He demanded at holy of holiest shrine of Gousul Azam Dastageer sahib return of Spritual Autonomy of all specified & unspecified Shrines by abolishing Racial wahabi Waqaf Act 2004 .
While addressing devotees as well as Spiritual Sajadah Nisheen’s ,imams ,Mujawirs and mutaqadies of the shrine he intimated them that on behalf of 1100 specified and unspecified Shrines he wrote letter to Prime Minister of India, Defence Minister,Home Minister,JPC head Shri Adi Jagdambika and all parliament committee members 2004 Waqaf be abolished.
He said it was Conspiracy from 1990 to 2004 to encourage radicalism and gun culture in Kashmir.
Accordingly one most abortive and racial draconian specified Waqaf Act 2004 was promulgated deliberately as part of operation topic on doctrine of enter and capture.
This Act was introduced like Mast Gul to destroy 700 years Shrine culture in Kashmir
Renzushah explained to body of most revered Spiritual personalities that Tahreek Dawat Tasawuf in its Letter to PM of India , parliament ,HM ,DM , LG jk, Minority Minister and other dignitaries appealed for immediate Abolition of Anti Aitqaad Draconian Specified( Divisive)Waqaf Act of 2004 to restore internal. Spiritual Autonomy of all Tasawuf Shrines .
He said that it was after constant consultations made with all Sajadah Nisheens ,Mujawirs ,Mutwalies ,Mirwaiz’s Muftie’s Aitqaad scholars associated with our organisations that such important communication to concerned authorities was sent.
He reminded the revered audiance in the holy shrine of dastageer that he conducted thousands of International , National and local Conferences which proved very significant to revive Sufi Aitqaad and Tasawuf which was deliberately slaughtered not through violent methods only but democratic institutions were misused to erase Aitqaad & Tasawuf completely .
Khwaja Farooq Renzushah said that in 1995 the centre Waqaf Act was actually promulgated after Mast Gul burnt Sheikh ul Aalam shrine to protect other Tasawuf shrines of Kashmir and special section 2 was provided in the Act that spiritual Autonomy of all shrines will be retained by Sajadah Nisheens,Mujawirs , devotees like 700 years traditions but for 10 years centre Waqaf Act 1995 was not allowed by radical forces to be implemented in j&k particularly in Kashmir.
The conspirators introduced Radical new streams in Kashmir .Even Waqaf organized radical Allah Tigers massive conference in Hazrat Ali mosque at Eidgah participation of five cabinet Ministers who resolved to change Sufi and Tasawuf culture of Kashmir .
Consequently racial Divisive communal specified Waqaf was passed in 2004 in Assembly and spiritual Autonomy of all Tasawuf shrines was snatched .Even one Radical architect of the Act in this Dastageer sahib shrine declared that holy waters of shrines (AAB E SHAFA) be consighned to dirty gutters .
Renzushah said even 9 trunks of treasure full of jewels and gold even containing Shah Hamdaan and Bulbushah precious bluebsaphire jewels were brought in 1937 for Waqaf through Domail were shifted to Tosha khana .
He said after 1947 the maharaja Toshakhana became State treasury and recorded in treasury .Even Supreme court dismisses claim of Maharaja decedents on treasure .
However it was unfortunate that three times CM’s of jk in their capacities as chairmen Auqaf and Waqaf boards broke the locks of these treasure trunks inside cabinet rooms without putting in record which items were taken out.Even jewels of Queen Dida & Reshi Queen Kota Rani are in Treasure trunks .
Renzushah put present parliament records before the revered persons where for the first time in parliament history present Prime Minister of India in his speech in Parliament categorically said that the identity of Kashmir is Bulbulshah, Shah Hamdaan, Nund Reshi but on ground it was not implemented seriously .
Even on 7th Rajab which is 7th January 2025 be declared urus holiday of Hazrat Bulbushah ,21 June 2025 are Urus of both Hazrat Sader din Rencenshah & Reshi Queen Kota Rani full moon Period be put in holiday calendar .
He said no doubt Sikandar iconoclastic king along Suhabhata crushed and plunddered same Sufi Tasawwuf and established savage radical form of administration destroyed temples, Vihars and Sufi Dargah’s in Kashmir. It was his own son Budshah Zain ul Abideen who revolted against radicalization of Kashmir by his father Sikandar and restored back Tasawuf order in Kashmir.
Renzushah said since parliament in planning to introduce uniform Waqaf act in entire India with sensible idea of one India one Waqaf but J&K Waqaf be first abolished completely not a single provision of JK specified Waqaf Act 2004 be added in new amendment.
The fact and reason of the imposition of Waqaf Act 2004 was actually conspiracy against Nation to exploit its democratic institutes for encouraging radicalism gun culture, violence and intolerance in Kashmir under great conspiracy.
He refered a person living in neighbouring vicinity of shrine who was planning to blast Dastageer shrine but such was spiritual sway of Dastageer sahib that he got himself blinded and now he is in repentence for coming under radical influence.
“It was completely political and scam oriented mind to crush Sufi Tasawwuf of all major Shrines in Kashmir to pave way for radicalism,” he added.
Earlier it was Muslim Awqaf trust established as private non-government organization through exploitation of public emotions through various Anti National slogans the private owned Dargah’s shrines its premises having proprietary and hereditary rights of the descendent of various Sufi saints or their orders were by force compelled to donate in combined trust their Tasawwuf shrines.
The commission may be also constitute to recover 35 thousand crores from those who administers Muslim
The forces were afraid of revival of Tasawwuf therefore they set shrines on fire the example of which is MastGul who burnt Sheikh ul Alam shrine in 1995. We have abundance of material to present before your committee and parliament how the local political and administrative gaints encouraged introduction of radical streams which were non existent before 1990 in J&K particularly in Kashmir.
Maximum people killed by militants and radical gun totting terrorists were Sajadah Nisheens, Mujawirs and devotees of theseTasawwuf Shrines which political parties were cashing as their political workers as no one was there to represent Tasawwuf culture in Kashmir. Even I was fired inside Dastageer Shrine Sarai Bala, Srinagar for my endeavours to revive Tasawwuf.
The conspiracy was hatched to completely erase Shrine structure in Kashmir. It was operating as Muslim Auqaf Trust involved in multi crore siphoning of money as plebiscite front. To conceal its past the legislators conceived idea of passing Waqaf Act in 2004.
The draft of this Act was made by Wahabi and Radical oriented persons known to all. The clever and unique title as “specified” was introduced to keep newly introduced religious radical institutes, Dar-ul-Aloom out of application of this Act.
The result was obvious that other non-specified institutes established after 1990 under shadow of gun culture were enriched.
They produced radical imams who without any competitions or screening of their Fiqa were employed on heavy salaries under Waqaf Act 2004.
The internal spiritual Autonomy of all major shrines specified in the Act was curbed and their 700 years Tareeqat was banned. In sheikh ul Aalam traditional practices of Nund Reshi were converted to radical practices.
It was executed in systematic manner by radical authors of Act with nefarious idea to undermine through this Act Sufi Shrines Tasawwuf institutes and khanqah same way as Mastgul brand did to Sheikh ul Aalam in violent form what was done to Temples and Vihars and Shrine since 1990 was under well planned radical ideology strategies.
Renzushah told to respected audiance inside holiest of holy dargah near Auditorium that it was Ibn e Arabi who prayed in front of holy shrine of dastageer in Bhagdad begging for spiritual blessings after bringing his cab down for collecting blessings .
Renzushah accordingly put his cap down and appealed to Hazrat Gausul Azam Abdul Qadir jeelani R.T for spiritual autonomy back to all holy Tasawuf shrines in JK .
