Budgam, Sept 19: Sarjan Barkati’s daughter Sugra, on Thursday said that she was not expecting that the people of Beerwah Assembly constituency will provide a huge support to her jailed father.
Speaking to Rising Kashmir, Sugra said, “Every person from Beerwah Assembly Constituency stands with me, be it children, women or senior citizens from any village of the Beerwah Assembly Constituency. “
” Winning or losing the election is in the hands of Almighty Allah. But I did not expect that people from the Beerwah Assembly Constituency would provide this kind of support for me during my election campaign. I needed this support from the people and I received it,” she said.
