DSEK orders change in school timings across Kashmir Valley

Srinagar, Apr 08: The Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued an order to change the school timings for all government and private schools in the Kashmir valley, effective from April 12.
The directive stipulates that all government and private recognised schools within the municipal limits of Srinagar city will operate from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
For schools located outside the municipal limits of Srinagar district and other areas of the Kashmir valley, the new timings will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
DSEK emphasised strict compliance with the order by all concerned institutions, warning of serious consequences for any deviation.
