Shaurya of DPS Jammu wins Gold in J&K U.T Taekwondo Championship

Srinagar, Oct 12: Shaurya Sharma (VII-D) of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and his parents on Wednesday by winning Gold medal in 25th J&K U.T ITF Taekwondo Championship organized by the Kishtwar Academy of Martial Arts held at Kishtwar, J&K from 8-9 October, 2022. Further, he has been selected for National level Taekwondo Championship to be held later at Rishikesh in December.
Dhruv of class VIII-B also won Silver medal in the same championship.
Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms.RuchiChabra congratulated Shaurya and his parents for his achievement. She also lauded Dhruv and his parents for his commendable performance in the event.
