J&K Sericulture Director Mourns Passing of Retired Lecturer Showkat Javid

Srinagar, Jan 28: Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, IAS, Director Sericulture J&K, is grieved over the sad demise of his relative Mr. Showkat Javid Sb, a well known scholar of District Rajouri, who passed away at the age of 62.

Late Mr. Showkat Javid Sb, a retired lecturer from the School Education Department, was widely admired for his noble soul, scholarly disposition,
and significant contributions to the field of education. His passing is a great loss to the community and has left a void that will be difficult to fill.

In his condolence message, Mr. Bhat described Mr. Showkat Javid Sb as an exceptional individual who dedicated his life to the betterment of society
through education and service. As a mark of respect and solidarity, Mr. Bhat personally attended the Namaz-e-Janaza and last rites of the deceased ho was laid to rest at his native place today.

He also extended his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to them in this hour of profound
grief.

The Sericulture Department extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Late Showkat Javid Sb and stands in solidarity with them in this difficult time.

May the Almighty bless the departed soul with eternal peace and grant fortitude to the family to bear this immense and irreparable loss.
