The office of the Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Kashmir, has announced changes to the trial test timings for driving license applicants in District Srinagar due to the extreme subzero temperatures in the morning, which have been causing inconvenience to candidates.

A circular reads the first shift, originally scheduled from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, will now take place from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

It reads as, the second shift, earlier planned from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, will now run from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. “All other details regarding the trial tests remain unchanged. This adjustment aims to ease the difficulties faced by applicants in the harsh weather conditions. Applicants are advised to adhere to the revised timings and plan accordingly,” the circular reads further—(KNO)
