Kashmiri players have tremendous potential, all they need is the right direction at the right time. A good framework and strategy need to be put into place and more opportunities need to be created. Players like Danish, Sajad, Suhail, Reshi and many others are making us proud in the national and international arena. We can produce more players like them if we are able to provide them the right platform, and the right way of coaching.
