Jammu, Apr 20: A cultural programme was on Thursday organised by the Cultural Unit of the Department of Information and Public Relations on the theme ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ at Government Primary School Pacca Talab Bahu Fort Jammu.
The artists of the Cultural Wing Information Department Jammu, Vijay Anand, Surjeet Singh, Balbir Singh, Bunty Kumar, Kamal Kumar and Mukesh Kumar participated in the event and presented folk, patriotic and theme-based songs. The students and teachers also presented a colourful cultural programme.
While speaking on the occasion, Incharge Headmaster of the school Subhash Chander shared his views on the topic and lauded the Cultural Unit of DIPR for organising the programme.
Among others, the staff members of the school, officials of the Information Department and a large number of audiences witnessed the program. The programme was conducted under the supervision of Cultural Officer, Mukesh Kumar Sharma.
