Over 60 officers transferred in major reshuffle of J&K economics & statistics Dpt

Srinagar, July 08: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of over 60 officers of the J&K Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service with immediate effect.As per the order, the reshuffle includes several senior officers, including Directors General, Directors (Planning), Joint Directors, and Deputy Directors posted across various departments and districts.Athar Hussain Qadri, the Director General, has been posted as the Regional Director, Evaluation & Statistics, Kashmir. He is replaced by Rajni Charak, who was earlier serving as Director General Planning in the Urban Development Department.Reyaz Ahmad Ramshoo, previously Director Planning, has been posted to the Directorate of Economics & Statistics, relieving Reyaz Ahmad Ramshoo of the earlier charge.Shavaiz Ahmad has been appointed Director (Planning) in the Public Works (R&B) Department, replacing Sheikh Shavaiz Ahmad, who moves to the Directorate of Youth Services & Sports.

Yasir Latif Anbar, who served as Director (Planning) in the Tourism Department, has now been posted to the National Health Mission.Rafiq Ahmad Dar has been appointed as Chief Planning Officer Shopian, replacing Athar Hussain Qadri.A number of officers have been posted as Chief Planning Officers across districts woth Mohd Iqbal new Chief Planning Officer, Poonch. Yoginder Katoch has been posted to Udhampur in the Housing & Urban Development Department whileas Nawshad Ahmad Rather has been transferred to Pulwama.Priti Aggarwal is posted as Chief Planning Officer, Jammu, Karishma Kudrat moves to Budgam, Ravi Kumar is appointed Chief Planning Officer, Shopian, Zahid Sajad Bagath is now Chief Planning Officer, Kulgam, Rakesh Kumar takes over as Chief Planning Officer, Doda and Vinod Kumar is posted as Chief Planning Officer, Poonch.Several officers have been given dual charges. Suheel Ahmad Malik, posted to Pulwama, will also hold the charge of DSEO Pulwama. Similarly, Zahid Sajad Bagath, posted in Kulgam, will also handle DSEO Kulgam.Several Deputy Directors have been moved to strategic departments with Mamta Sharma now with the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Jammu, Sohan Lal has joined the Directorate of Sheep Husbandry, Jammu, Romi Ahad has been posted to the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir, and will also handle GMC Srinagar, Neha Mahajan is now in the Directorate of Tourism, Jammu, Ashfaq ur Rehman moves to the Directorate of Labour and Employment, Waseem Maqbool is posted to the Estates Department, Civil Secretariat,

Ravi Kumar joins the Directorate of Social Forestry and will also look after the Directorate of Technical Education, Chanchal Kumar is transferred to the Jal Shakti (PHE) Department, Yodh Raj is now in the Housing & Urban Development Department and Ranjit Singh moves to the Planning Development & Monitoring Department.Several officers have been moved to major projects and government corporations with Ajay Pal Singh joins JKPTCL, Munisha Gupta is now with the Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K, Shivali Sethi is with the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Jammu, Mehak Gupta will work in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Akhil Thakur is posted to Kishtwar, Rupinder Kaur moves to Samba and Anjum Aga is with the Directorate of School Education, Jammu.Chief Planning Officer Kupwara has been directed to additionally look after the work of DSEO Kupwara until further orders.Officers have been directed to report to their new postings without delay, the order added.
