7th J&K UT Ju-Jitsu Championship concludes

Jammu, Dec 30: A two-day J&K UT Ju-Jitsu Championship organized by the Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K concluded here at Indoor Stadium Bhagwati Nagar. 
More than 400 players from various districts of J&K including Jammu, Rajouri, Kathua, Samba, Srinagar, Budgam, Bandipora, Udhampur, Ramban, Doda, Baramulla and Poonch participated in the championship with great zeal and enthusiasm.
On the valedictory function, Mr. Deepak Handa, President Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K, was the chief guest who in his speech congratulated Ju-Jitsu Association for organizing the UT Level Championship and providing a platform for the youth to channelize their energy toward sports. He appreciated the work being done by the Association in the field of Ju-Jitsu and the outstanding performance of the players. He gave his best wishes to the medal winners for the upcoming nationals.
Other guests include Mrs Gul-e-Surkhab Vice President JJAJK, Dr. Navneet Gupta Treasurer JJAJK, Dr. Kunal Anand Principal DPS Udhampur, Adv. Kapil Mahajan Joint Secretary JJAJK. Mr. Sandeepan Dutta Vice President JJAJK, Ms. Ritika Slathia Manager of Indoor Stadium Bhagwati Nagar, Ms. Pooja Principal New Jersey School and Mr. Tarsem Sharma General Secretary Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K.
The championship was organized under the supervision of Mr. Danish Sharma Technical Director Ju-Jitsu Association J&K along with officials Harsh Vardhan Raina, Khalid Aziz, Muzaffar Ahmad, Farooq Ahmed, Rudrakshit Gupta, Charan Singh, Suhail, Zulfikar Bhat, John Mohd Bhat, Ibrahim, Mannat Angral, Rashid Gulzar, Sabkat Malik, Mushtaq Ahmad, Ovais Ahmad, Danish Manzoor, Manish Gill, Anirudh Verma, Rishika Sharma, and Palak Sharma.
