Distric Police continuing its unwavering efforts to eradicate the Menace of drugs from the society, arrests two drug Peddlers and recovered Charas powder from their possession in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A Spokesperson said that Police party from Police station Srigufwara during patrolling duties intercepted two persons near PHC Kalan who were carrying a nylon bag, during search 5.500 KGs of Charas powder was recovered from their possession, they were identified as Himayoo Bashir and Adil Bashir Sons of Bashir Ahmad Ganie R/O K-Kalan.
“In this regard a case under relevant sections of law stand registered in Police Station Srigufwara and investigation taken up”, he said.
