Three-day ‘World Hindu Conference’ begins in Delhi

Delhi, Jan 03: The three-day “World Hindu Conference” started in Delhi on Friday with the pledge to intensify efforts to safeguard rights of Hindus across the world.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ajay Singh, International President of World Hindu Federation expressed concern at the plight of Bangladeshi Hindus.
” What is more upsetting is that there is no strong voice supporting Hindus in Bangladesh who are facing prosecution at the hands of the Jihadi forces”, Singh said, voicing concern of Hindus in other countries also where Hindus are in minority.
“Nepal was the only Hindu country but due to foreign pressure this country’s constitution was unfortunately changed few years ago”, said Parmanand Jha, former Vice President of Nepal, expressing concern at the country turning secular at the cost of values and rights of Hindus.
“Hindus do not believe in violence despite the fact there is mention of weapons for self-protection in Hindu scriptures”,Hemanand Giri, first lady Shanarachariya of Nepal said, adding,” Hindus believe in spirituality, non-violence and peace.
While stressing the need for unity among Hindus, the first lady Shankarachariya of Nepal said that Hindus feel proud in performing their bounden duty to working for entire humanity.
In his address, Ganshyam Gupta Javeri, Chairman Khatu Shyam Trust highlighted the importance of Khatu Shyam dham spread in 35 acres of land in Delhi where the World Hindu Conference is being held.
“This dham in Delhi has been built to spread Hindutava”, Javeri said, adding, ” Khatu Shyam dhams everywhere take initiatives contributing towards Hindus, humanity and the nature.
World Hindu Federation (WHF), an organization focusses on advocating for the rights and interests of Hindu communities globally. WHF has actively worked on issues such as countering anti-Hindu sentiments, promoting Hindu culture, and advocating for the designation of Nepal as a Hindu state.
Ajay Singh has emphasized that Nepal, with its Hindu majority population, has the democratic right to reclaim its status as a Hindu nation, comparing it to countries that function as Islamic or Christian states within democratic frameworks. He has called on political leaders across party lines in Nepal to support this movement, arguing that it aligns with the nation’s cultural and historical identity
World Hindu Federation has been working for Hindus cause globally for the last some decades with global conferences being held at different countries highlighting concerns of Hindus.
The three day world Conference is being attended from representatives from different countries like Malaysia, Nepal, Suriname, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia etc
World Hindu Federation as per its International President Dr Ajay Singh works for hindu concerns worldwide with focus on cultural preservation, religious freedoms, social equity, and Hindu advocacy etc
Among those who were felicitated with Hindu Gaurav Samman included Ashok Aggarwal, Naresh Chand Shastri, Rajinder Goenka, Ganshyam Gupta Javeri, SS Aggarwal,

Prabhu Dharamyesh Indonesia, Prem Laskari international Vice President Nepal,
Parmanand Jha, former Vice President Nepal
Prem Bahadur, ex Minister Nepal and Member of Parliament, Kanda Velayuthan, Rajaretinam.
