Budgam, Oct 17 : A road accident involving a CRPF vehicle resulted in injuries to at least 19 personnel on Thursday morning, the incident occurred when the vehicle fell into a gorge near the Khaygam crossing in the Phakerpora area of Budgam district.
An official from the Community Health Centre (CHC) Pakherpora reported to Rising Kashmir that the injured personnel were transported to the facility for treatment purpose.
“The injured CRPF personnel received first aid and appropriate treatment at CHC Pakherpora. Out of the 19 injured, 13 troops have been referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar for advanced care,” official said.
