Jammu and Kashmir Police including SOG carried out searches in house of active terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) in Kishtwar district, officials said on Saturday.
In a statement issued by the SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS said that after obtaining house search warrant from NIA court Jammu in case FIR No 01/2022 U/Sec.13/18/19/20/39/UAPA, 7/25 I.A act, 4/5 Explosive Substance Act registered at PS Dachhan, search was carried out in the residential house of active terrorist of HM outfit namely Muddasir Ahmed S/o Tariq Hussain Gainoo R/o Tander Dachhan.During the course of search, the evidences seized shall be investigated so as to subject the accused persons to judicial determination for his involvement in anti-national activities and perpetuation of terrorism.
SSP Kishtwar further disclosed that all the supporter/associates of terrorists whose are found involved during investigation shall also be prosecuted.
