Srinagar, May 02: Enhancing customer convenience through digital and alternate channels, J&K Bank on Tuesday dedicated two Cash Recycler Machines (CRMs) in Rajouri, at the Koteranka and Thanamandi areas of the district.
The bank’s Zonal Head (Poonch/Rajouri) Satish Kumar e-inaugurated the CRM at Koteranka in presence of elected public representative Shazia Kouser, valuable customers, local residents and other officials of the bank at the commissioned site. The CRM at Thanamandi was also e-inaugurated by the Zonal Head in presence of esteemed customers, local residents and bank officials at CRM premises.
Reaffirming the bank’s commitment to provide world-class digital banking services along with other alternate channel facilities to the people irrespective of their location and status, Zonal Head said, “The installation of CRM will address issues related to deposit and withdrawal of cash by the people even beyond duty hours besides helping to reduce footfall at the adjacent branches.”
The participants and locals expressed their gratitude to J&K Bank for providing these facilities aimed at public convenience.
