Badamibagh Cantonment Board organises Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign

Srinagar, Sep 21: Badamibagh Cantonment Board on Wednesday organised the Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign.
In the campaign, various activities like cleaning marketplaces and dispensaries, organising painting essay competitions among school children were conducted, the Cantonment Board CEO said.
The CEO said the theme of SHS-2023 was Garbage-free India with a focus on visual cleanliness and the welfare of Safaikaramchari. The focus of these Swachhata drives would be on high-footfall public places like bus stands, riverfronts, drains and nallahs, parks, public toilets and hospitals.
The CEO requested the general public to participate in the campaign and contribute to the Shramdaan and make the Swachhta Sewa campaign 2023 a success.
