Shopian, July 26: Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women (SHEW) Shopian on Friday organised a comprehensive awareness program at Government High School Sindoo, Shirmal, as part of Sankalp Hub’s 100-day special awareness initiative.
The event focused on raising awareness of women-centric legislation and the importance of girls’ education. Participants were educated on various laws designed to protect and empower women, highlighting the significance of legal awareness in promoting gender equality.
The program emphasised the critical role of girls’ education in fostering a more inclusive and progressive society, encouraging the community to support and prioritize educational opportunities for girls.
