Traffic to be suspended on Kishtwar-Sinthan NH

Srinagar, July 26: The Sub Division Administration of Chahtroo in Kishtwar district has announced the suspension of traffic on the Kishtwar Sinthan National Highway (NH-244) via Sinthan Top.
This suspension is scheduled due to necessary road maintenance work and will take place from 03 pm on July 27 to 06 am on July 28, 2024.
Nayeem Rehman Mughal, the Sub Divisional Magistrate at Chahtroo, informed Rising Kashmir that during this period, all traffic movement on the Kishtwar Sinthan highway, both to and from Sinthan Top, will be halted. The restriction applies to all vehicles at key points, including Parna check post, Chingam, and Duksum police post, he said.
SDM Mughal urged all commuters to strictly adhere to these instructions and plan their journeys accordingly, ensuring compliance to avoid any inconvenience.
