Annually on January 24, people unite to celebrate National Girl Child Day, marking the inauguration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Scheme on January 22, 2015.
District Doda actively participated in the commemoration, organizing a grand event here in the community Hall Doda to celebrate the national Girl Child Day.
Deputy Commissioner, Harvinder Singh, and SSP, Abdul Qayoom, graced the occasion, reinforcing the community’s commitment to the welfare of the girl child.
The Deputy Commissioner passionately urged girl students to step forward, excel in all types of competitive exams, and showcase their talent. He emphasized the importance of girls from the district cracking competitive exams to enter the administration and serve the people.
