Director Agriculture Jammu spearheads agristack initiatives meeting with protean

Jammu, May 11: Director Agriculture Jammu, Shri Arvinder Singh Reen, led a significant meeting in with Protean eGov Technologies Limited formerly known as NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, aimed at advancing Agristack initiatives. The gathering brought together agriculture officials to explore innovative solutions for enhancing agricultural practices and leveraging technology for agricultural development.
Among the distinguished attendees were Vikas Padha, Agronomist of the Vegetable Improvement Scheme, along with Kaushal Chandel and Sandeep Dogra, both Subject Matter Specialists from the Agriculture Department. Joining them from Protean were Abhishek Singh, Manager Government Relations Protean and Nikhil Gupta, Assistant Vice President Agristack Protean.
The meeting provided a platform for fruitful discussions on leveraging Agristack technologies to optimize agricultural processes, enhance productivity, and empower farmers with valuable insights and tools. A.S Reen emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts between the government and private sectors to drive agricultural innovation and address the evolving needs of the farming community.

Nikhil Gupta, representing Protean, shared insights into the latest advancements in AgriStack technology and its potential to revolutionize the agricultural landscape. Discussions also revolved around the integration of data-driven solutions, digital platforms, and precision agriculture techniques to streamline operations and improve agricultural outcomes.

Director Agriculture expressed his appreciation for the active participation and valuable contributions of all attendees, highlighting the collective commitment towards fostering sustainable agricultural practices and driving socio-economic growth in the region.

The meeting concluded with a consensus on further collaboration and the development of actionable strategies to harness the full potential of Agristack initiatives for the benefit of farmers and the agricultural sector as a whole.
