Srinagar, Aug 13: Director Health Service Kashmir(DHSK) Mushtaq Ahmad Rather on Friday asked all Chief Medical officers (CMO), Medical Superintendents (MS) and Block Medical Officers (BMO) to be prepared for the upcoming Independence Day.
“It is enjoined upon all the Chief Medical officers, Medical Superintendents & Block Medical Officers to ensure that the following points are to be exercised with regard to preparation for upcoming (75th) Independence-2022,” Rather said in an order.
DHSK also directed all District Hospitals/Sub-District Hospital of Kashmir Division to be ready from 8:00 AM till the function is over on August 15th.
“At District levels Ambulances along with Medical teams will be deputed by the Chief Medical Officers at their respective places for the event,” he said.
The employees of the Health Department have been asked to adopt ‘ ‘War Ghar Ttranga ” by hoisting the National Flag at their residences.
“Flag hoisting shall be carried out at Directorate of Health Services and at all headquarters, Districts & Blocks and all Health Institutions of Kashmir Division shall remain fully functional from 13 August till the function is over.”
DHSK has also cancelled the leaves of health employees till August 15 except for extreme Medical emergencies.
“They will share the Action Taken Report with this Directorate by l3 of August-2022 positively, so as to share the same with the Administrative Department,” DHSK said.
