Adampur, May 13 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing air warriors and soldiers at the Air Force Station in Adampur today, declared that the resounding success of Operation Sindoor has not only shattered terror networks but redefined India’s stance on national security and counterterrorism.
“Every moment of Operation Sindoor stands as a testament to the strength and capability of India’s armed forces,” he said, praising the unprecedented coordination between the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
In a rousing address from the heart of a military base, the Prime Minister hailed the slogan ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ as more than just a chant—calling it an oath taken by every Indian soldier. “It is the voice of every citizen who wants to live for the nation,” he declared. “When Indian drones strike and missiles hit targets with precision, the enemy hears only one phrase—Bharat Mata Ki Jai.”
He added, “This chant sends shivers down the enemy’s spine. Even in the darkest nights, India can light up the skies with the fire of its spirit and strength.”
Calling Operation Sindoor “a trinity of India’s policy, intent, and decisive capability,” Modi stated that it has united the country, secured borders, and elevated India’s global stature. “It is not an ordinary military campaign,” he emphasized.
Quoting Guru Gobind Singh Ji—“I will make one warrior fight against 125,000… I will make sparrows defeat hawks”—the Prime Minister invoked India’s spiritual and martial legacy. “We have always raised arms against injustice to uphold righteousness,” he said.
He revealed that in this operation, nine terror hideouts were destroyed and over 100 terrorists eliminated in precision strikes across the border. “Those who plotted against our daughters have been crushed in their hideouts,” he said. “The masterminds of terrorism now understand the cost of provoking India—absolute destruction.”
Modi made it clear that Pakistan’s role in sheltering terror groups will no longer be tolerated. “The Pakistani army that nurtured these terrorists has been decisively defeated by our Army, Air Force, and Navy,” he said. “The Indian Armed Forces have sent a clear message—there is no safe haven left for terrorists.”
He warned, “If there is another terrorist attack on India, our response will be on our own terms. We will not tolerate nuclear blackmail. And we will not distinguish between terrorists and the governments that harbor them.”
He added that India’s technological edge is unmatched: “Our drones, our missiles—they have struck fear. Pakistan will lose sleep just thinking about them.”
Highlighting the swiftness and efficiency of the operation, Modi noted that the strikes were completed in just 20–25 minutes, destroying deep terror infrastructure inside Pakistan with pinpoint accuracy. “Only a modern, technologically advanced force could achieve this,” he said, praising the professionalism of India’s armed forces.
He lauded the synergy between the armed forces: the Navy’s control over the seas, the Army’s ground reinforcements, and the Air Force’s dual offensive and defensive role. “This integrated combat capability has become a hallmark of India’s military strength,” he asserted.
Modi also commended the BSF and air defense systems, which thwarted multiple retaliatory attempts by Pakistan, neutralizing drones, aircraft, and missiles. “Despite repeated attempts, our airbases and defense installations remained unscathed,” he said.
The Prime Minister pointed to India’s evolving defense capabilities, from traditional air defense systems to cutting-edge platforms like the S-400 and indigenous Akash systems. “India now possesses advanced technology that Pakistan simply cannot match,” he said, crediting the forces for mastering modern warfare with both hardware and data.
He cited poetic lines once written for Maharana Pratap’s horse Chetak, stating they now apply to India’s powerful military assets: swift, fearless, and devastating in battle.
Though military operations have been momentarily halted following Pakistan’s appeals, Modi warned that any future provocations would meet with a fierce Indian response. “Our restraint should not be mistaken for weakness,” he said. “India’s response will be decided by India—on India’s terms.”
He concluded with a call to arms for vigilance and preparedness: “This is a new India—an India that desires peace but will not hesitate to crush threats if humanity is endangered.”
