Chairman democratic progressive azad party Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad has expressed his heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of senior leader of DPAP, Shafat Gaffar (Ex corporator) from Batamaloo Srinagar.
“I am pained to learn about the demise of a young leader and pray for the peace of his soul. I express my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family”, Said Azad.
Pertinent to mention hear Mr. Shafat Gaffar suffered a massive heart attack in the wee hours today and could not revive. Family sources confirmed his death in the morning itself.
