Commissioner Secretary, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Zubair Ahmad today presided over a grievance redressal camp held in the conference Hall of Mini Secretariat here
The camp served as a platform for PRIs and locals to voice their concerns and seek resolutions. They apprised Commissioner Secretary of their development concerns and other demands.
During the camp, Zubair actively engaged with attendees, listening to their grievances, and provided immediate solutions where ever possible in coordination with concerned departments.
Speaking on the occasion Commissioner Secretary said that main aim of conducting Public Darbar is to have a convergent bridge between the administration and the people, adding that this hands-on approach reflects the commitment of the government for ensuring an effective and responsive administration.
