Six Kulgam residents killed in tragic road accident in Shimla

Kulgam, Dec 04:Six labourers from Waltangoo Nard Kund of Kulgam district were killed in a tragic road accident on Monday morning in the Sunni area of Shimla. The officials revealed that the labourers had gone to Shimla eight days ago to earn their livelihood.
The deceased have been identified as Fareed Ahmad Deedar (24), Gulam Hussain Gorsi (43), Shabir Ahmad Deedar (19), Talib Hussain Tinda (23), Gulzar Ahmad Deedar (30), and Mushtaq Ahmad Dedar (30), all residents of Kulgam District.
Those injured in the accident have been identified as Manzoor Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed Denda (20), and Talib Hussain, son of Ab Gani Denda (23), both from Kulgam district. One injured person Aslam, son of Ismail Deeded (24) from Anantnag, and other injured individuals are currently receiving treatment at the Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital (IGMCH).
The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh has expressed condolences to the bereaved families. The Chief Minister’s Office tweeted, the news of the death of 6 laborers in a private vehicle accident today near Kadharghat under Sunni tehsil of Shimla district is saddening. “I express my condolences to the bereaved families. Six other people have been injured in this accident, and I wish for their speedy recovery.”
‘The district administration has been instructed to provide better treatment facilities to all the injured,’ stated the CMO in a tweet.
DC Kulgam, Dr Bilal Mohi Ud Din Bhat, expressed grief over the deaths of Kulgam residents in the road accident in Shimla.
“The District Administration is in touch with Shimla administration to transport the bodies of the deceased  to their native villages,” DC Kulgam said.
