Zainapora, Oct 08 : NC’s Showkat Hussain Ganie has emerged as the frontrunner, leading by a wide margin as vote counting enters its sixth round.
Ganie has secured 13,137 votes so far, positioning him well ahead of his competitors.
Trailing behind Ganie is Independent candidate Aijaz Ahmad Mir, who has garnered 6,661 votes, while Apni Party’s Gowhar Hussain Wani stands in third place with 2,194 votes.
Among the other candidates, PDP’s Gh Mohi Ud Din Wani has managed to secure 3,789 votes, and LDP’s Abdul Rehman Bhat trails with 129 votes.
