Ingredients:
• 400 gram chicken breast and thigh pieces
• Butter 10 gram
• Refined oil 2 spoon
• Curd 50 gram
• Fresh cooking cream 30 gram
• Garlic and ginger paste 1 spoon
• Onion and green chilli paste (Half onion and 1 to 2 green chillies)
• Spices you need: Green cardamom powder half tablespoon
• Dry Fenugreek 1 Tablespoon spoon
• Salt 1 tablespoon
• Coriander powder half tablespoon
• white pepper powder half tablespoon
• Mayonnaise 2 spoons
• Half lemon
Mix all these ingredients and marinate for 3 hours.
Method
ü Switch on the gas and put karhai on it. Put 10 grams of butter in it.
ü Add 2 spoons of refined oil. Put marinated malai chicken pieces.
ü Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Cook till it turns light reddish.
ü When it cools, take iron steel barbecue sticks and pierce chicken pieces in it.
ü Now put chicken tikka on the gas induction stand.
ü Roast till colour changes. Put oil, keep flipping.
ü Now put chicken tikka on a plate and garnish with lemon and onion rings.
