NC condoles demise of Adv G N Sofi’s mother

Srinagar, Aug 02: National Conference (NC) Provincial President, Showkat Ahmad Mir on Saturday expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the mother of noted worker and legal luminary Advocate Ghulam Nabi Sofi of Khiram, Bijbehara.In a condolence message, Mir extended heartfelt sympathies to Advocate Sofi and the bereaved family. He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family in this hour of grief.Joining him in mourning, MLA Bijbehara Dr Bashir Ahmad Veeri also conveyed his condolences and solidarity with the bereaved family. He recalled the late mother of Advocate Sofi as a symbol of warmth, humility, and strength, whose loss is deeply felt not only by the family but the entire area of Khiram.
