Srinagar, Jan 28: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Malangpora in a collaboration with 33 BN BSF on Saturday organized a medical cum health check-up camp, at its premises in Pulwama.
Free medical check-up was carried by a specialised team of doctors both from BSF and civil administration, in which more than 1500 villagers including children, females and males hailing from nearby villages were benefitted.
Free medicines were also distributed on the occasion and awareness on contagious and lifestyle diseases was also provided to the people present. The camp was inaugurated by S.S. Chandel, DIG BSF. Prof. Dil Mohammad Makhdoomi, Director Extension SKUAST-K was the Guest of Honour.
The camp was also attended by Prof. T.H. Masoodi, Registrar SKUAST-K and Prof. Javeed A Mugloo, Head KVK Pulwama.
