Srinagar, Mar 15: In a significant development, the Jammu & Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service (JKAEA) extends warm gratitude to Dr. S.D Vadiya, Principal Secretary Finance, for the issuance of promotion orders placing 62 assistant accounts officers as I/c Junior Scale Accounts Officers with Charge Allowance as per rules.
The announcement marks a pivotal moment for the members of the J&K Subordinate Accounts Service, particularly the JKAEA, as it reflects the fulfillment of commitments made by Dr. Vadiya in recent engagements with the association.
“This gesture from the chair is unprecedented and signifies a significant step towards addressing longstanding concerns within the J&K Accounts Services,” stated a representative from the JKAEA.
The association specifically acknowledges the efforts of Mahesh Das, Director General of Accounts & Treasuries (DGAT), and S.L.P, Advisor in Finance, for their collective and diligent endeavors in addressing backlogs and eliminating stagnation within the service.
Expressing optimism, JKAEA anticipates the resolution of other pertinent issues in the near future, with assurances from the Principal Secretary Finance himself to address them promptly.
