NEW DELHI, NOV 11: In anticipation of the first phase of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, set to kick off on November 15, Chief Secretary Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta conducted a thorough review today. The Yatra is slated to commence from the snow-prone tribal areas of Rajouri and Bandipora districts, with the remaining districts joining in on November 20th.
Scheduled to begin from the tribal regions of Budhal and Gurez in Rajouri and Bandipora districts, respectively, the Yatra’s route planning took weather forecasts into account.
