Anantnag, Aug 25: Janata Dal (United) State General Secretary Vivek Bali on Sunday visited the areas of Kanganhall Achabal in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
According to a JD(U) statement issued here, Bali met various public delegations and listened to their pressing pleas. He assured them that the JD(U) leadership is concerned about their grievances and will take all necessary measures for their welfare.
“People have now reposed their faith in Janata Dal (United) and with every passing day, scores of people are joining us, which is ample proof that our party is here to stay and serve the people,” he said.
Bali informed people of the right to vote and urged them to cast their ballots vote in favour of honest and dedicated candidates.
The meeting was attended by Qazi Faheem, State Organiser; Dilawar Singh, senior leader; Bashir Ahmed Shah, senior leader, Sunita Raina and other leaders.
The locals of the area thanked JD(U) leader for visiting the area and listening to their pleas, the statement said.
