Awantipora, Sept. 11: Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Jammu and Kashmir, today participated in the inaugural event of SEMICON 2024 inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The university’s involvement was coordinated by the Dean of Students in collaboration with the Departments of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science Engineering (CSE).
The session at IUST was chaired by Dr. Kaiser Giri, Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology and was attended by Dr. Rumaan Bashir, NEP Coordinator & I/C Controller of Examinations, Dr. Faroze Ahmad, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Dr. Sajad Ahmad Lone, Head of the Department of CSE. The event underscored IUST’s commitment to advancing semiconductor technology and fostering innovation in engineering education.
