Srinagar, May 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education Department has appointed an inquiry officer to inquire into the complaint filed against the then Medical Superintendent, Sub District Hospital, Dooru, in Anantnag district.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Dr Shafqat Khan, Additional Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, J&K as Inquiry Officer to enquire into the complaint filed against Dr Rafiq Salati, the then Medical Superintendent, Sub-District Hospital, Dooru,” the H&ME Department said in an order.
The order said that the inquiry officer shall after hearing the complainant as well as the doctor in question and submit its enquiry report along with specific recommendations to the Administrative Department within a period of 10 days for initiating further course of action.
