Kargil, Feb 12: In the union territory of Ladakh, with the announcement of the online application process for Hajj 2023, the Hajj Committee Ladakh started its process for the first time.
Chairman, Hajj Committee Ladakh Mohammad Ali Majaz said that the committee has started its process with opening of two Hajj Cells one each at DC Kargil and DC Leh.
Majaz further said that the government is bound to open the Hajj House as soon as possible for the convenience of the people of Ladakh who are intended to go for Hajj.
He requested the people to fill the forms online without fail so that maximum people willing to undertake an annual journey can benefit from the Hajj Policy of the Government of India.
Majaz further said that there will be special consideration for the Hajjis of Ladakh and special benefits and facilities will be available for them.
