Budgam, June 10: Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Budgam Nazir Ahmad Khan on Saturday addressed a grievance redressal camp at Gund Ali Nayak Waterhail here. The camp aimed to address the concerns and grievances of the residents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their issues. Executive Engineer PHE Budgam and officials from the Rural Development Department were present in the camp.
During the grievance redressal camp, Chairman DDC Budgam, along with the attending officials, patiently listened to the grievances voiced by the residents of Gund Ali Nayak Waterhail.
Khan acknowledged the importance of providing an open platform for citizens to express their concerns and assured them of his sincere efforts to address each issue promptly. He emphasized the significance of such camps in bridging the gap between the administration and the people, promoting transparency, and ensuring effective governance.
Furthermore, Chairman DDC Budgam inspected the ongoing macadamisation work on the Kakanmaran Gariend Budgam road. This initiative is aimed at enhancing connectivity, improving road conditions, and providing a smoother commuting experience for the residents. AEE R&B Beerwah accompanied Khan during the inspection.
