GMC Jammu conducts sensitization program on cyber crime and fraud

Jammu, Oct 28:A lecture on cyber-crime was organised at Government Medical College Jammu by senior officers from Department of telecommunication on Friday. 
Manish Bansal, Director security, Department of Telecommunication highlighted the cyber-crime and precautions against it as everyone is equally vulnerable to it.
Bhupinder, Additional Divisional Engineer Telecommunication deliberated in detail about the various cyber crimes and means to save any unsuspecting individual from it. 
Dr. Shashi Sudhan Sharma, Principal and Dean, GMC Jammu laid emphasis on conducting such awareness sessions frequently to make every one aware and cyber safe. 
 Prominent among those present were Dr Sunil Sachdev, Dr Ghanshyam Saini, Dr Amita Gupta, Dr Seema Gupta, Dr. Rakesh Bahl, Dr kailash Thakur, Dr SharminderKour, Dr Kiran Bala, Dr Rashmi Gupta and many other faculty members and Mr Chetan Sharma, ADG Telecommunication. 
 
Junior doctors and nursing staff and MBBS students attended lecture in college auditorium.
 
The activity was anchored by Ns Kavanya and Chahat, Students Final year MBBS and Vote of thanx was presented by Dr Rakesh Bahl.
