Education strengthens religious harmony: Azad

Jammu, Feb 03: Chairman of DPAP, Ghulam Nabi Azad, attended the annual day celebration at Shiksha Niketan Sr Sec School, Jammu, as Chief Guest.
Azad passionately advocated for elevated educational standards, highlighting the transformative power of quality education. He lauded the school management for their steadfast commitment to providing not just academic excellence but also a rich and diverse curriculum.
The annual day celebration served as a testament to Shiksha Niketan Sr Sec School Jeevan Nagar Jammu’s dedication to fostering educational excellence.
Students showcased their talents and achievements, reflecting the holistic approach to learning encouraged by the institution. Shiksha Niketan Sr Sec School expresses sincere appreciation to Azad, for his invaluable presence, which added prestige to the event and underscored the shared commitment to advancing the cause of education. Azad, expressed his joy at witnessing the exceptional accomplishments of girls who outshined and received maximum awards and marks.
Azad emphasized the pivotal role girls play in shaping the future and referred to them as the cornerstone of our nation’s progress.
Azad also stressed the need to integrate social education into the curriculum, nurturing individuals not only academically but also socially aware and responsible. He highlighted the importance of discipline as a foundation for personal & societal growth.
He urged for a collective sense of responsibility, emphasizing that each citizen plays a crucial role in contributing to the progress and well-being of the nation.
Azad, highlighted the importance of religious harmony in education during a recent address. Azad praised the cultural diversity of Jammu and the entire nation, emphasizing that the coexistence of various faiths is a testament to the pluralistic fabric that defines our society.
He urged for continued efforts to maintain and strengthen religious harmony, viewing it as an essential element in the unity and progress of our nation.
