In a move to strengthen the party base in South Kashmir, leaders and office bearers of the Dooru Shahabad constituency of DPAP met with the party chairman, Ghulam Nabi Azad, at the party headquarters in Sonwar, Srinagar, today.
The initiative was taken by DPAP spokesperson and constituency in-charge, Advocate Mohd Salim Parrey, to facilitate a direct exchange of ideas aimed at fortifying the party’s base.
Former J&K CM Azad urged the leaders to engage with the grassroots in their respective areas to gather first-hand information on the basic amenities needed by the common people.
The participating leaders appreciated the healthy discussion with the chairman.
