Bandipora, Aug 24: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bandipora Thursday inaugurated the Inter-District Provincial Level (UT) Table Tennis Tournament at Indoor Sports Stadium Shadipora Sumbal.
The tournament is being organised by Youth Services and Sports Department. Tennis players from various districts across the Union Territory, including different age groups of boys and girls are participating in the event.
Dr Owais, on the occasion, said that such events not only highlight the potential of our athletes but also bring them together to celebrate the spirit of sports. He said district Bandipora has a huge potential in sports field, and district administration is always forefront to provide full support.
Among others, SDM Sumbal Aamir Choudhary, District Youth Services, and Sports Officer, besides a large number of spectators, were present on the occasion.
