Srinagar, Nov 14. It was a fun and frolic day for students of AGPS, Pahalgam and AGSs of South Kashmir as various events were organised to celebrate Children’s Day.
At AGPS Pahalgam, Dr MehnaazNadiadwala, a renowned film producer and a philanthropist graced the occasion and felicitated the students, PRO Defence said in a statement. He said that to motivate meritorious students, she presented them high end laptops and tablets, along with certificates.
The felicitation ceremony was followed by cultural events from the students of the school and culminated with an inspiring speech by Dr Mehraaz Naidadwala. Other AGSs on similar lines organised special assembly sessions and the students were conveyed the message of humanity, self-respect and hard work.
